Delete your Queenup account
Delete in the app
Open Queenup > Settings > Account > Delete account and confirm. This also applies to an anonymous account. A linked account may require you to sign in again to confirm ownership. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete cloud data.
Request deletion without the app
Email forkable0@gmail.com with the subject “Queenup account deletion”. Send from the email linked to your Queenup account if possible and identify the account or sign-in method. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or sign-in tokens. We verify account ownership before deleting data. For an anonymous account, contact us with any available account reference; we may need the app to prove ownership.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your active account, personal games, course and assessment progress, preferences and coach history. Your identity is removed from a shared friend's game that they retain. Provider backups and operational logs may remain for their limited retention periods. Contact us for help or the status of a deletion request.
