The service
Queenup is a chess learning app operated by Hangzhou Origin Gravigation Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply to the mobile app. Contact: forkable0@gmail.com. Updated 14 October 2026.
Accounts
You can start with an anonymous account. Its cloud records are tied to that identity; without a linked sign-in method you may lose access after reinstalling or changing devices. Linking a sign-in method lets you return to the same account. Keep your sign-in method secure. You can sign out or request deletion in Settings > Account.
Learning and AI
Engine analysis and AI explanations are for learning and may contain mistakes. They do not guarantee a rating increase or a particular result. Do not submit sensitive personal information to the coach. You can report an incorrect or inappropriate answer using the app's reporting option where available, or contact forkable0@gmail.com.
Fair use
Do not disrupt the service, access another person's data, impersonate others or use nicknames or questions to send unlawful or abusive content. We may restrict misuse. Use the app only where permitted and with any consent required by local law.
Content
App design and learning materials belong to us or their licensors. You retain your rights in content you provide and allow us to process it to supply the service. These terms do not transfer ownership of your personal data.
Changes and responsibility
Features may change or be suspended. The service is provided as available. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not remove your mandatory consumer rights. We update these terms when needed and show the revised date.
